Whether this is "true" or not in the sense of it being a Parkinson's Law,
it sure is funny, and somewhat true by experience. When you think about
it, though, shouldn't this be the objective, anyway? Sayang naman yung 1GB
RAM mo kung 100MB lang ang gagamitin. ;>
