wala na ata inetd sa RH 7.1, you'll have to use xinetd.
The xinetd package has a utility called inetdconvert, but I cant seem to
find documentation for it.
for more info, man xinetd and man xinetd.conf

BTW - if your kernel does not support ipv6, run the ipv4 version of xinetd.
