No need to go that far ;-> look in /usr/share/doc/xinet-<version>/FAQ.html

Yung walang docs is the inetdconvert, although you can do a:

inetdconvert --help or
inetdconvert -h

I supposed since /usr/sbin/inetdconvert came with the xinetd package it
converts inetd.conf to xinetd.conf.

man xinetd.conf is very thorough and with examples too.
