Mukhang ok naman yung smb.conf mo. di ako sure sa problema ng nmbd mo hehehe. Try mo itong mga suggestions ko: palagay sa smb.conf mo ng mga ito, doon sa global netbios name = backup (? siguro gawin mo na lang na kapangalan ng hostname mo) encrypt passwords = yes kung di pa rin gumana gawin mo ito. patayin mo samba, i delete mo yung mga *.dat (wins.dat, browse.dat). Yung typical location nya ay /var/locks/samba/ pakihanap na lang. i start mo uli yung samba. try mo iistart yung smbd at nmbd na may -D /usr/sbin/smbd -D /uar/sbin/nmbd -D para malaman mo nangyayari.
