This looks wierd. Perhaps this is why things are messing up? Why is
127.0.0.1 your gateway for 192.168.0.2? The routing table for Backup seems
correct. It looks like Andoyski's network configuration (specifically the
routing table) and not Backup's Samba are at fault. Perhaps you may want
to attempt to make Andoyski's routing table similar to Backup's, with the
only difference being Andoyski has 192.168.0.2 while Backup has
192.168.0.1 as IP address.

Also, resolve order must have "wins" as the first in the list before the
rest if you have "wins support = yes". Also, "wins support = yes" should
only be configured on one Samba machine which will act as WINS server. The
rest don't need "wins support = yes", but should still have "wins" as the
first in the list of values for the resolve order.
