I've suggested this to you already boss, right?  What might be the
problems getting our customers to have a small (approximately five
lines) RAS that will connect whoever who dials up to it into a private
network that contains only them and a FreeS/WAN IPsec router.  All of
the web hosts that they'll want to maintain have got extra VPN
interfaces where a live FTP port is available.  All traffic to and from
these hosts is encrypted...

How much is a cheap modem these days anyhow?
