the best way to do is to buy the following hardwares:

1. remote boot  hardware
2. KVM (Keyboard-Video-Mouse) switch hardware

remote reboot hardware is you can reboot any networking or other devices
remotely...
kvm switch is a full keyboard and mouse emulation that you can even
configure cmos settings remotely.
