No, I don't want to make RPMs from .deb and/or .tgz binaries.  I just want
to make RPMs from the SOURCE .tar.gz and/or .tgz files.

BTW, is there any issue of building RPMs when using gcc-3.0.4 because that's
my current version of gcc?

I'd love to but I don't know how to upgrade and/or uninstall and it's not
handy at all.
