Does that simply mean that they won't support your Linux box and you're mostly
on your own? If so, I wouldn't mind so much, especially if their equipment is
simply like a NOW's cable modem that plugs into a standard Ethernet card and
employs standard protocols, e.g., DHCP. I'm running FreeBSD, and it was a
no-brainer to set up. OS/2 had issues identifying the right interface but I
eventually managed to sort that out.

OTOH, if Dream's access equipment is one o' those evil USB-based devices, then,
Houston, we have a problem.
