This is what ZPDee use(d).  I'm not sure if they still use it now.

How different could it be that it would not work?  Maybe you're using
HTTP/1.0 ...

Destiny used to have the 137 port open for broadcast (the first few months
of deployment).  They closed it a long time ago.
