        Sad to say this is "d Philippines" *not* "d United States of
America/Canada/Aus/UK " and is still legal to advertise this way.
        But come to think of it, persons like Bill Joy, James Gosling,
Bjarne Stroustrup, Richard Stevens and John Postel (well if Rich and John
were still around) are automatically out of shortlisted applicants. That
makes many of us happy. :)
