Erika, I don't think you read the ad that was posted. It was discriminatory against MALE developers. Benj has since reposted it, and the job is now open to males as well. In any case, right now half of my server development team is female. We've had some quite capable female developers coding Win32 C++ on the client side as well. Brian P.S.
