Hello fellow pluggers,
Good day to all of you. I just want to ask if anybody here has
encountered problems with their routing table?
I had a problem this morning when I checked my main server. My people
had problems sending and browsing the internet so I checked my main
server. When I checked it, everything seems to be working fine, except for
one thing... the main server can only see upto the internet gateway only.
I even tried to connect it to a backup connection using a different ISP but it
still can see only upto the gateway. I was dumbfounded for awhile.
Then it just suddenly hit me... why don't I check the routing tables!? and sure
enough i'm missing some of the routings.
Has this happened to any of you? I'm just getting paranoid since i've been
hacked a few times this past months.
By the way, I'm currently downloading Red Hat 8.0. Just started this
morning and hope to finish all five CD's by tonight (or tomorrow morning).
If anybody want's a distro copy just email me personally.
