Hi Jun,
copying the files to cd-r disc may not boot to cdrom drive, because it
does not copy the boot image to the media. My guess is to you use
cdtools to make it bootable, or if the target media is cdrom, I suggest
you use dd to copy the image and burn it to cd-r disc.
$dd if=/dev/cdrom of=myiso.iso
