I have a linux router setup by a professionals, mainly used for bandwidth management. I have some queries, which unfortunately, my administrators do not want to share with me.
1. Due to my firewall, if a user gives a port scan, he is blocked access. how do i get a report of such users? how do i enable access to them? 2. How do i know if i m secured from hackers? 3. How do i stop access to only minors having access to porn sites? 4. While using outlook express, I/users get "The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Ratnakar', Server: '172.16.0.1', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E". what could b the reason? and how do i get it fixed?
