folks,

thanx for the help. infact, my administrator got it
finally sorted out for me. reason he told me was a
wrong ip entered, and we were trying to direct it on a
regular ip. still he didnt give much details, i m
still keen in trying all this stuff on my own. i m
trying to make my own virtual network, and then try
the things.
