Come now, let's not generalize.  There are instances when shifting to
another application is still the best solution, especially if the
application being used is buggy or is prone to security problems.
Outlook express is one of those apps, and a _major_ target of email borne
virus writers.  So yes, there are times when it should be an option, if
only to prevent future problems from occuring again.
