This is good for testing, or for low to medium volume applications. For high-volume applications (i.e. those intended for use by the general public), you're gonna be needing a real SMSC stuck into the telco network. As for the Nokia 30, we have successfully used it with gsmlib, as someone has already mentioned, and we have also tried to use it with Kannel (http://www.kannel.org) with success. -- Rafael R.
