deriving? or depriving? I don't think so, that's only an author's opinion. He also said that MCP, MCSD certifications is your passport to a better job in one of his previous articles, which I debunked him privately.
You have to take note that the author's company is a Microsoft Certified Partner(hehehe). It's probably one of the small FUD factories around.
