cool! CD burning is fun. my personal observations:
CD-R's are premarked with max speed, it appears. I've bought cd-rs labeld 16x but burnt only at 8x for example. similarly i have lower ratings cd-rs but can burn them a little higher. very cool if cd-r on its own ide chain. I have a windows box with a cd-r on a chain and another one on another chain, so i can copy cd-to-cd directly without problems..i'm sure this can be done on linux. happy burning!!! > and turn on the "burnproof" option. not aware of any thing like this in linux. but then again its been a while since i checked up on cdrecord... jondz -- Philippine Linux Users' Group (PLUG) Mailing List [EMAIL PROTECTED] (#PLUG @ irc.free.net.ph) Official Website: http://plug.linux.org.ph Searchable Archives: http://marc.free.net.ph .
