Yeah, parents are partly to blame when they look for jobs that are big moneymakers ABROAD. When their children graduate, they use their skills ABROAD. Our local kababayans cannot learn from these excellent coders because they work ABROAD. When we look at our government and economy being mismanaged, no wonder we all start dreaming of going ABROAD.
