Hi Howard,

Why the DRAM is so small? i'm afraid that your flash mem can handle higher
version of IOS, try to look for IOS specs in cisco website. upgrading IOS is
very simple as long as your hardware is capable for the IOS. remember that
the RAM  is very important.
