Heh, "don't have to worry about too much updates"? Maybe for Debian woody, whose package trees are *so* conservative. However, Gentoo is so bleeding-age that they have 20+ ebuilds for different sets of kernel sources (not including unofficial ones such as love-sources) of which 1/3 are developemental packages that get updated almost everday. But indeed, I use nothing else but Debian or Gentoo. Right now, for production boxes, Debian (woody) is what I run. But for my workstation and experimental boxes, I run Gentoo and the ~x86 package tree and break stuff almost every day. Emerge tickles my fancy. ;) -- [*] Anton M.
