It's fair when i include the information that there's no way you can get a
used cyclades card from ebay.  I did a search, and got zip.

If i were "shopping" for equipment, naturally i would be open to what's on
the market - and that includes ebay.  And i can't get a pc-based RAS
at any price below $6K per card.
