Well, there you are: the NCC can help. Or does it? AFAIK, they just endorse the ISSPs, and make a few commentaries, but as to whether they *can* recommend OS alternatives over proprietary solutions embedded in the ISSPs, I'm not sure if it's within their mandate. =/ > knowledgeable on OSS.
