I vote for it bryan :) let us look all the possiblities to save our
country.. Even the last cent that we have I guess if millions will have
the concept, it will be multiplied, that’s great.

How about this, instead of passing legislature for new
taxes, etc. 

Why not pass legislature requiring all government
offices, agencies, gov. owned entities( corporations,
etc) to use OpenSource (with a heavy penalty for any
violation of this requirement--- minimum 40 yrs.
imprisonment to death penalty... just joking hehehehe
), and while their at it, also throw in legislature
giving incentives to private Businesses, Corporations,
& Organizations to use open source software,
solutions, etc. :)  

That way Government and citizens saves on costs and
neither one is placed in a compromising position (
ordinary citizens are placed at a disadvantage if new
tax are required or even if existing taxes are just
raised)
