For high volume traffics. The machine is co-located in telcos's respective datacenter. one does provide free co-location while the other requires a fee (pls check this up if its still true). You could use datacenter where alot of CP's have co-located servers there.There might be VPN setup there connected to all telcos that you could connect thru. Its its via some other hosting, you'll need a 512K leaseline, i think the router comes this the package.
