Well, according to Villman's website, they're still carrying Sparkle
TNT2 M64 and the Matrox G550. Both are fanless. The G550 is not cheap
though (around 7500 pesos) and is kind of over kill for your setup
because because this card is for dual head setups.

Don't use generic power supplies. You might want to get those UL listed
power supplies, which costs more than generic power supplies. The only
UL listed power supplies that I know available locally are Englight and
Enermax. There could still be others though. The UL listed ones are,
theoretically, more reliable because products receiving approval from
that organization have gone to stricter safety testing before going out
to the US market. (Those in the US, please feel free to correct me if
I'm wrong about this. :D )
