I use CenturyLink as my ISP and I am pretty happy with it so far, but I am
only getting basic DSL service (Approx 12 Mbps Down/Approx 1Mbps up).
Setting up service over the phone was a hassle.

I have to agree their customer service line to get a person on the line is
horrible, but the people there are nice and helpful.  We need to have more
than 2/3 really crappy ISP options in every region of the United States.
