Folks, I installed Wine "stable", "development" would not install due to a package issue, seems that there is some package missing for Ubuntu 18.04 ( I run Mate ) now the program runs without tossing errors but I am still seeing the com port selection screen blank. I have other programs that see the com port list just fine, so I am trying to figure out where to poke at it.
Ed, you should get your license and jump in. Lot of fun and all this digital stuff, plus mixing Linux with radio... Yeah... Bad habits but still fun...
