For the technically curious - RealAudio codec comes in different
flavours - the codecs are optumised to the sort of broadcast voice,
music, low data rate. R4 is the only one to use flavour 11. The other
parmeters relates to packet size and number of packets in a block -
world sevice is very low data rate - presumably for the few who use a
dialup line to listen.
