I expected the last message to be the same but there was a possibility of other earlier error messages which didn't get logged in the event log.
You now have two problems which don't seem to be connected and in code which works from many other users - to me this seems like some sort of installation /configuration problem. A complete uninstall and re-install of Slimserver 6.2.2 and AlienBBC would provide a clean slate in case a file got corrupted or something got left behind after when installing 1.01.
