Its stored in the slimserver SQLite database represented by the slimserversql.db file, in slimserver 6.5 beta its stored in the MySQL database.
If you have performed a backup of the TrackStat data its also stored in the backup file/directory you have specified in the TrackStat settings in the Server settings section of the web interface. If you have moved/renamed your music files, the TrackStat data may still be in the slimserver database, its just not visible in the interface. In that case you can get it by performing a backup of the TrackStat data and edit the backup file manually to reflect the new paths to the music and then finally perform a restore operation of the TrackStat data.
