It wasn't so much a specific question regarding settings - as a statement there is something in your setup as a whole which seems to make your system predisposed to the problem. The "something" needs to be identified but at present it is unknown and also not clear where to look. My hope was that a high end quad core system would produce this problem at will. So I spent the last 2 days getting Win 7 to dual boot on my PC (3.2GhZ Core i5 16Mb RAM with SSD) - this was painful with missing many drivers (incl USB3 & LAN drivers) and then the "Win 7 update stuck issue". Once I got Win 7 working - I have no problems with LIve - no startup delays, no pauses, no rebuffering even with HLS.
