Debugging won't help - this means no response from CDN/BBC for a request (timeout is 30 secs). Plugin can do nothing if BBC doesn't respond except stop and try again. I get some of these and I have run parallel tests with Web browser playing DASH and Plugin and both get packet delays and timeout so it is a network/CDN/BBC issue out of plugin control. >From different user reports, the issue seem to have a regional context. BBC uses two CDNs - Akamai and Limelight. The "Listen Live" menu uses Akamai, the "Listen Live - alt CDN" uses Limelight - you don't say what menu you use.
