I have that issue too.I was planning on reporting it together with the other issue but it is a bit difficult to show it with images. I too play only from local music (I have no more Spotify account). The issue is not always there. I have yet to find in what circonstances but I think that suspend might also be one of the occasions. I experience this issue with both serrate tracks and albums.
