I'm searching for a possibility to (re)start Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime without rebooting the system. I'm running latest LMS with Spotty on a Windows 2011 Server problem is I get frequently the message: There has been a problem running the Spotty helper application. Please make sure you have the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime (32-bit!) installed on your system. MVR is installed but somehow it quits of doesn't starts correctly.
