Sorry about the late response, I was on holiday for the last week. @kidstypike: When updating a Stretch 2.45 to 2.46, a new part of Bluetooth should appear in the Bluetooth section where your screenshot is located. Please deinstalling and again installing Bluetooth to get the input option.
@fahzz: Sure, you can always download the newest image on our website and burn it over an existing image of ours.
