That said, I doubt this is hiding the problem. It rather looks as if your LMS wasn't able to talk to RP's servers. Please make sure you're running the latest LMS available, and up to date OpenSSL and related libraries. There have been a lot of SSL related changes in behaviour all over the place (not only LMS, but any services, browsers, libraries).
Unfortunately I dont have access to the server (Daphile) to run above command from that machine
