I know a couple of the Reciva guys in Cambridge who work for Qualcomm. I said something about Dash a year or two ago (I forget when) and he was very surprised to hear that LMS iPlayer plugin supported it. He quizzed me about the technical details which I know nothing about, I just told him it's all open source so go and look at it if you can read perl and emailed a link to the announce thread on here.
