Michael: Any idea what's wrong here? How do I inform MAI that text and html files are acceptable?
Ok, there were two issues: one in MAI, one in Material :-). There's both an update to MAI and a pull request for the skin. In MAI I only provide those links to client which are known to be capable of displaying files from any URL. Previously this only was true for some mobile apps. Nobody had been using a web browser with json/rpc to get those items... I now added web browsers to the list. Tested with Chrome/Firefox/Safari.
