Try SDT version 5.9.54 and see if it resolves the problem you have of weather data not updating after a server restart. If the problem still exists, turn logging for SDT up to "Info". Make sure and check the box "Save logging settings for use at next application restart" on the advanced->logging settings page. Restart your server, wait at least 15 seconds after the server is completely back up and running. Then trigger SDT by entering the Extras/SuperDateTime menu. Wait until weather data/icons are updated and displayed.
