StoreApp thing I guess. The MS Store validation process does not let you mess up the numbering. .24 has not been published yet as I write this. The resize bug in .23 happens only when SLX is minimized and you restoring by clicking on the tray icon (as opposed to the taslbar icon). so, right, if not running in background you won't see it.
