Yes, I had .27 on OneDrive and submitted to the MS Store, but when I realized that a certain DLL I had built targeted the latest Win10 SDK and would only work with 1803+, I cancelled the MS Store submission as it had not been published yet. I replaced with .28, which will work with Win10 1703+ (and Windows 7). It might take a couple days for the MS Store version .28 to publish.
