I've been off the grid for a little while (vacation). I have seen this before (once or twice), but not lately, I *think* it is very rare. Generally, SLX sometimes (intentionally) momentarily hides the browser while it is rendering, and unhides it when the rendering is done. If the unhide does not happen for some reason, you will see black and nothing would fix it other than changing something in settings that would cause SLX to reconnect to the server (or restarting SLX). I have at least made a change to SLX, where pressing "Apply" will fix things even if you change nothing. The time this happened to me I could not figure out why. I'll dig into it.
