That may be effective if you have BT's "Parental Controls" active. However there is another service, "BT Web Protect" that stands alongside "Parental Controls" which is also blocking this web address. In principle it gives you the opportunity to continue regardless (in a browser), in practice that doesn't seem to be working on this web site.
