I just submitted Version 2.6.9 to the MS Store (and as always uploaded a
traditional installer to the OneDrive Location).
Changes:
- Primarily trying to address restart/startup issues some are seeing.

Details: Though I have not been able to reproduce this on any of my
three machines, it does roughly correlate to when I updated the Chromium
Embedded Framework. So I have moved up to a newer version of CEF and I
have refactored the handling of WM_QUERYENDSESSION and WM_ENDSESSION
messages. These are messages an application receives when Windows is
restarting, shutting down, or the user is logging out and applications
therefore need to close. With SLX running Chromium Embedded Framework,
and with SLX running squeezelite applications behind the scenes,
shutting down SLX in general and handling WM_ENDSESSION in particular is
more complicated than it otherwise would because in the ENDSESSION
scenario, those processes are being destroyed by Windows independently.
CEF, over the years, has always had issues shutting down perfectly.
