-c C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\spotty\__AUTHENTICATE__ -n test -a

Then try to to see whether you see this in Spotify. Any error you get in
the console?
Another user just reported he had to go to Settings/Open Devices Menu
before the list would show Spotty.
