Server.log zipped and attached.
I'm seeing quite a few network related issues (Radio Paradise, SuperDateTime, Spotty). Would you have a firewall filtering outgoing traffic? Could be Windows' own, or something on your router?
All I can see about Spotty is it's timing out trying to reach Spotify's servers.
