BPA, I am really touched by the level of help you are giving me. My plan was to get this working on a machine I have at work before moving it to my music server at home. Do you think that it could be a firewall problem? Even though I can play BBC directly, perhaps the way the scripts are interrogated and the streamed in AlienBBC calls for the use of some other ports probably locked on our firewall. It remains strange that Rai uno can get trough and not BBC, though.
